Is the energy of a reading or reiki session stronger in-person than online?

The energy is just as strong online as it is in person! The amazing thing about energy is that it amplifies through space and time. Therefore, regardless of where you are in the world, your reading or session will be just as powerful as if you were in the room with me.

Spirit also finds it much easier to play with technology, which requires less energy use from them. They can give us signs in real-time on the digital screen that confirm what is being said!

Can anything bad come through?

This is a common question, and my answer is no!

I have firm boundaries regarding my spiritual work. My Spirit Guides and Spirit Team are my bodyguards. Nothing gets through that is not for the highest good of you, myself, and the collective.

Do I need to do anything before a session?

The only thing you need to do prior to your session is set a clear intention for what you would like to receive from it.

Sometimes writing down your questions is helpful, yet trusting that what is meant to be shared on that day will come through.

It is helpful to be well-hydrated before and after your session.

Finding a moment to pause and take a breath before connecting to your session will help you enter a relaxed and present state. 

Can I record my session?

Recording your session is a great way to stay present during it. You'll be able to listen back at a later date to jog your memory or gain further insight you may have missed the first time around!

Clare asks at the beginning of each session if you would like to record, and you may record on your own personal device. You can record your Zoom session on your computer or in the cloud. Alternatively, you may record it on your phone via voice memos or take notes along the way.

What if I'm not sure what session is best suited for me?

What do I do if I need to reschedule my session?

We understand that things can come up. If you need to reschedule your session, please email Clare at hello@aiaia.world

Appointments that are changed within 48 hours of the booking time can incur a rescheduling fee.

Sessions changed on the day of the appointment, or no-shows will not be refunded, and a new booking will be required.
